Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within fourteen days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.

Refunds will be credited to original credit card only. Shipping is not refundable.
Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of Ed Hardy Shop Online. We only refund up to the price of "standard ground" shipping.

edhardysaleonline.com offers a 15-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us with e-mail firstly to obtain a return address and instructions for returning. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For Returns:
If you want to return your items, please notify us by email firstly stating the reason and the order number for the return within 15 days of receipt. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items MUST be sent back complete with the original jewellery package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as Royal Mail signed for service. edhardysaleonline.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit. The refund will be reimbursed to your credit card account within 10 working days after receiving the returns. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and the restocking fee and the gatewap payment fee will be deducted from the refund amount. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.
In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 10 days of you receiving them complete with jewellery packaging. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with your order number and details (a picture) of the fault you wish to return. In the case of faulty goods returned within 10 days, we will refund the postage costs upon request.
For Exchanges:
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please email us at service@edhardysaleonline.com ASAP. Our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the order from being processed or shipped. .But there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If it is stopped in time before delivery,the gateway payment fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. You can return the parcel received for a refund. Once we receive the item back (shipping charges must be paid by customer), we'll arrange a refund (original shipping charges are non-refundable) in 10 working days.
